We identify potential manufacturers based on your material requirements, assess their production capability, quality systems, certifications, and track record and present qualified options for your approval.

RFQ Management

We prepare and issue Requests for Quotation to qualified suppliers, conduct technical and commercial evaluations, and present comparative analysis to support your procurement decisions.

Vendor Coordination & Order Management

Once orders are placed, we manage vendor communication, production follow-up, schedule tracking, and issue resolution acting as your direct interface with the manufacturer.

Material Sourcing to Specification

All procurement is executed strictly against project specifications, approved data sheets, and international standards. We do not substitute grades, deviate from specs, or supply generic alternatives without explicit approval.
