NASQS (Nas Inspection Service FZE LLC) is an industrial procurement and quality assurance company based in the UAE. We provide procurement support, third-party inspection coordination, quality control and documentation services, and end-to-end project supply-chain solutions for EPC contractors, project owners, and industrial clients.
Our office is located in Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. We serve clients across the Middle East and coordinate sourcing and inspection activities in India, China, Southeast Asia, and the broader region.
We serve six core industrial sectors: Power Generation, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Infrastructure, Heavy Engineering, and Industrial Manufacturing. Our services are designed for project-based and industrial procurement requirements across these sectors.
NASQS is both. We combine industrial material supply with technical procurement services, third-party inspection coordination, and quality documentation support. Unlike general trading companies, we bring technical understanding and quality assurance capability into every supply engagement.

Yes. Through our EPC Project Supply Support service, we manage multi-vendor procurement, inspection coordination, documentation, and delivery scheduling for complete project material packages acting as an extension of your procurement team.
NASQS coordinates third-party inspection activities. We plan inspection scopes, schedule witness and hold points, coordinate with approved inspection agencies, and manage the inspection documentation process. We work with independent TPI agencies to ensure impartiality and compliance.
We procure and inspect materials in accordance with internationally recognised standards including ASTM, ASME, API, ISO, EN, DIN, and JIS — as specified by project requirements.
Yes. We conduct supplier capability assessments, evaluate manufacturer quality systems, review production capacity, and manage Approved Vendor Lists (AVL) based on project-specific requirements and client criteria.

Products & Sourcing

We supply industrial materials across four core categories:

We source from approved manufacturers and direct mills in India, China, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. All suppliers are evaluated for capability, quality systems, and production capacity before orders are placed.
Yes. All procurement is carried out strictly against project specifications, approved data sheets, and international standards. We do not supply generic or off-the-shelf materials unless they meet the specified requirements.
For industrial equipment and certain valve/fitting categories, we source from specific OEMs and branded manufacturers as required by project specifications or client-approved vendor lists.
There is no fixed minimum order quantity. We handle both project-scale bulk orders and smaller procurement requirements. However, our services are best suited for industrial and project-based procurement rather than retail quantities.

Quality & Inspection

Every product we supply goes through a structured quality process:

  • Vendor qualification and capability assessment
  • Procurement against approved specifications and standards
  • Third-party inspection coordination at manufacturer facilities
  • Material Test Certificate (MTC) verification and documentation review
  • Final release only after all quality requirements are satisfied
We coordinate a range of inspection activities including:
  • Visual and dimensional inspection
    Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) — UT, RT, MT, PT
  • Hydrostatic and pneumatic testing
  • Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)
  • Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI)

We coordinate inspection activities at manufacturer facilities across India, China, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East through our network of approved third-party inspection agencies. For locations outside our standard coverage, we can arrange inspection through qualified local agencies.

We aim to acknowledge all enquiries within 24 hours and provide a technical/commercial proposal within 48–72 hours, depending on the complexity of the requirement.
Both. We support one-time project procurement requirements as well as ongoing supply arrangements. Our engagement model is flexible and adapts to your project needs.

We coordinate export documentation, shipping arrangements, and delivery logistics as part of our EPC Project Supply Support service. For standard procurement orders, we can arrange delivery on FOB, CIF, or DDP terms as agreed.
Payment terms are agreed on a case-by-case basis depending on the order value, client relationship, and project requirements. Standard terms include advance payment, LC (Letter of Credit), and agreed credit terms for established clients.

Currently, our headquarters is in the UAE. We coordinate sourcing and inspection activities in India, China, and Southeast Asia through our supplier and inspection network — without requiring physical offices in every location.
